ABOUT
Founded in 2003, Conde Group, Inc. is a global, award winning, woman-owned, professional staffing firm specializing in Information Technology, Project Management, and Finance and Accounting. We are headquartered in San Diego with locations in San Francisco, Dallas, Phoenix and Vancouver Canada. Conde Group, Inc.’s “bridge building” philosophy is simple – create partnerships with and between our clients and consultants to build value and establish ongoing, professional relationships.
We work towards this philosophy daily, by finding and attracting highly skilled consultants who are the best in their fields. We then work closely with our clients to understand in detail their business and specific staffing needs. Never satisfied with “good enough”, we strive to create the best possible matches based on the needs and expectations of both parties.
Our partnering philosophy uniquely positions us to build lasting relationships that add a level of quality unsurpassed in the staffing industry. In addition, we base our work on a foundation of ethical and professional behavior, mutual respect and added value. At the end of the day, we aspire to one thing – exceeding our clients’ and consultants’ expectations.
